Am i one in a million ...probably not! have taken care of myself to a point where working out is the high light of that. I've partied, drank more alcohol, and did more drugs than most of you could do in 10 lifetimes, do i feel my age? not sure how I'm supposed to feel at 59 never been 59, but i will tell you all this I know the way i felt in my early 30 thirties and i feel younger stronger than i have ever in my life. So does that make me a beast?
